Memberships are offered in two categories: Members and Affiliate Members:
1. Members, include licensed realtors.
2. Members are provided a password for access to the MontanaFarmsandRanches.com database to input listings, images, and other information.  
3. Members have access to the supply of current listings in the MontanaFarmsandRanches.com database.
4. Members have access to "business to business" communication/email system.
5. Affiliate memberships which includes individuals and/or companies providing products or services associated with agricultural/ranching/recreational type properties, (Such as Title Companies, Appraisers, Banks and other Lending Institutions, Insurance Companies and Agencies, Exchanges, etc) , or other parties directly or indirectly associated with agricultural/ranching/recreational type properties, but they themselves are not by profession, farm brokers/realtors.
6. Affiliate members have access to "business to business" communication/email system.
7. Affiliate members have access to purchasing banner or business card ads on the site.
8. Appraisers are granted access to the Montana Farms and Ranches database archives at full membership rate.

2. Unlimited Listings
3. Add, Update, Delete and Archive your listings from your own computer.
4. One membership pays for ALL your agents.
Affiliate Memberships $10.00/mo
An affiliate member is defined as a member whose occupation/business is supportive of the Commercial Real Estate industry but they, themselves are not a licensed Commercial Realtor (i.e. financial managers, banks, contractors, etc.).
